I offer attachment-informed, integrative couples therapy.

Couples counselling can create a space to slow things down and begin exploring what may be happening within your relationship beneath the arguments and repeated difficulties. Over time relationships can begin to feel distant. You may notice yourselves arguing more, struggling to communicate, feeling emotionally disconnected or finding it hard to understand one another in the way you once did. When relationships become strained trust and intimacy can feel more fragile and conversations may begin to leave both of you feeling unseen.

Together we can explore the emotional experiences underneath the conflict and ways you have learnt to relate to one another over time. My role is not to take sides but to support you both in developing greater understanding and connection.

Whether you are wanting to strengthen your relationship, navigate a difficult period, explore separation or better understand one another, couples counselling can provide a space for reflection and change at a pace that feels manageable for you both.
