I am a qualified and BACP registered integrative counsellor based in Plymouth, offering individuals a warm, compassionate, and confidential space to explore the areas of life that feel challenging or disconnected. My approach is integrative, drawing from different therapeutic modalities to best support your unique needs.
I have experience working with individuals facing a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, narcissistic abuse, self-harm, body dysphoria, life-altering diagnoses, and major life transitions. Whether you are struggling with past trauma, navigating complex emotions, or seeking greater self-understanding, I am here to provide support in a way that feels safe, non-judgmental, and affirming.
I believe that healing and growth happen within a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship. My aim is to help you develop deeper self-awareness and confidence, so you can move forward with a greater sense of clarity and connection.
Face to Face Counselling
I offer 50-minute face to face sessions in a therapy room based in Mutley, Plymouth. It is commuting distance for those seeking therapy in Plymouth, Ivybridge, Devon, Cornwall.
Free parking is available in the area, with 2 carparks and on-street parking nearby.

I offer 50-minute online video sessions on Zoom. Online sessions are available UK wide.
