About

Raimonda Stephens (MBACP) – Rai Counselling

Over the years, I have supported clients through a wide range of experiences, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, narcissistic abuse, self-harm, body dysphoria, life-altering diagnoses, and major life transitions. Whether you are struggling with past trauma, navigating complex emotions, or seeking greater self-understanding, I am here to provide support in a way that feels safe, non-judgmental, and affirming.

I believe that healing and growth happen within a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship. My aim is to help you develop deeper self-awareness and confidence, so you can move forward with a greater sense of clarity and connection.

Training and Qulifications

I have experience in long and short term integrative counselling, both in charitable and private settings. In my practice, I work inclusively with people from all walks of life. It is important to me that each individual feels valued and respected, and that counselling is a space where you can bring your whole self without having to hide any part of who you are. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and welcomes anyone seeking support, regardless of their background or identity.
